If you
secure a contract in the UK, you may be required by your
agency/client to operate through an Umbrella Company or
Limited Company. Your invoices to the agency or client, for
work completed, will then be raised by the Umbrella Company
or through your own Limited Company.
If your contract is inside IR35 you will need the services
of an Umbrella Company, who will pay your gross salary minus
the necessary Tax and National Insurance contributions. For
more information on our Umbrella service please visit our
website www.contractorumbrella.com
If your contract is outside IR35 you will financially
benefit from operating through a Limited Company. If your
contract is IR35 friendly you have two options available to
you:
Our Managed Company solution takes the hassle out of running
your own Limited Company and pays you a minimum salary and
dividends. For more information on our Managed Company
solution please visit our website www.contractorumbrella.com/sjdtotalsolutions
If you would like to operate
a Limited Company and be responsible for invoicing the
agency or client personally, you can set-up your own Limited
Company through the following website www.sjdaccountancy.com
