Our job is essentially focused on 2 activities : the research of flats or houses and real estate coaching.

Research :

Because your real estate project can become a real puzzle, we offer to guide our customers through each step of the process and help them gather and fit all pieces together.

Time being more and more precious, and people living abroad not necessarily being able to come to Paris every week to search for a specific flat, we do the searches for the customers in accordance to what they want just as if we were themselves ! No more fruitless researches, no more stress, no more useless and costly trips !

We establish your search criteria very precisely during a first contact and then based on those criteria we go and visit for you. Only once your conditions have been met, we send you a whole file with technical information, photos, videos…Then if you wish, we organise a visit for which every possible bad surprise has been deleted.

Coaching :

The main mission of a coach is to make your life easier and to optimize the success of your project, which often leads to many surprises, many chores that require a sharp schedule, and a lot of availability : as a real estate coach, our mission will be to help our customers realize their whole project or just parts of it in the best possible way.

Because we believe it's important to guide customers through the intricacies of boring and tricky steps, we offer them a contract that will include a wide variety of services to make their life easier : get the best rate loan, manage the works needed, deal with the moving, deal with administrative papers…

We take care of all rendez-vous, we follow their instructions regarding estimates that need to be done.
All our partners have been selected and tested according to sharp and reliable criteria in terms of quality. So we trust them quite rightly !
